Homivis Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 1 Interchange 5 Nelson Street, Bradford, England, BD1 5AX. We operate the Homivis platform — an AI-powered virtual staging marketplace. For data protection matters, contact us at info@Homivis.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect: account data (name, email, hashed password, profile image, role); property and staging data (listings, uploaded room images, AI staging results); transaction data (order history, cart contents); usage data (pages visited, browser type, IP address, device info via cookies and server logs); and communications you send us.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data under: contract performance (to provide our services); legitimate interests (platform improvement, fraud prevention, security); legal obligation (tax and financial records); and consent (non-essential cookies and marketing, which you may withdraw at any time).
4. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve Homivis; process and fulfil orders; send transactional emails; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, send marketing communications.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You are asked to consent to non-essential cookies on first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and revisiting the site.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: technology service providers (cloud hosting, database, image storage, email delivery) bound by data processing agreements; law enforcement where required by law; and in the event of a corporate transaction where equivalent protections apply.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.
8. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g. financial records retained for 7 years under UK tax law).
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccuracies; erasure (right to be forgotten); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; and rights relating to automated decisions. Email info@Homivis.com to exercise these rights. We respond within one calendar month. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
10. Security
We use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security reviews. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact info@Homivis.com immediately.
11. Children
Homivis is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child has registered.
12. Changes
We will notify registered users of material changes by email or platform notice. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
