1. About Homivis
These Terms govern your use of the Homivis platform operated by Homivis Ltd, registered in England and Wales, at 1 Interchange 5 Nelson Street, Bradford, England, BD1 5AX. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Homivis. By registering, you confirm all information you provide is accurate and you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@Homivis.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI staging services
AI staging images are computer-generated visual representations only. They do not guarantee how a property will look when physically furnished. You must not use staged images to mislead prospective buyers. You are responsible for compliance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
5. Property listings
By listing a property, you confirm you have the right to do so, all information is accurate and not misleading, and the listing complies with all applicable laws. We may remove listings that breach these Terms without notice.
6. Retailer terms
Retailers agree to: provide accurate product information; fulfil orders in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; handle returns per UK consumer law; and pay Homivis the agreed commission on completed sales. Repeated violations or high return rates may result in account suspension.
7. Purchases and payments
All prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable. Homivis is a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and retailers. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All Homivis platform content is owned by or licensed to Homivis Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Homivis a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it to provide the platform services.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not: use Homivis unlawfully; upload fraudulent or defamatory content; attempt unauthorised access; use automated scraping tools; or engage in conduct that disrupts the platform or harms other users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homivis Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you to Homivis in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraud.
11. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, with advance notice where possible.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
